Merco Machines manufactures vertical steel drum painting machines for bodies with capacities ranging from 20L to 230L and output up to 800 drums per hour.

Merco Machines offers a wide range from walking beam over index conveyors up to open chain painting line configurations. All these machines can be equipped with paint equipment for both in – and outside painting. Together with the machine and paint equipment we can offer a stainless steel or galvanized booth with ventilation fans.

All this according to the latest ATEX norms and machine directives. The drum painting machines are equipped with the latest technology and have a large operator panel where al setting can be monitored, changed and saved into recipes.
