Rack (Un)loader

Merco Machines has designed a buffer system where the drum ends are loaded into a rack after painting. The racks are transported on a closed loop chain conveyor system to the oven. After the oven the racks are transported where the drum ends are unloaded from the rack through a similar buffer system as the loader. The empty racks continue on the transport towards the loader again.
