Flange Insertion

The flange insertion machine is designed to work without any hydraulics by use of a servo cam driven punch and electric actuators for flange insertion .

This machine consists of a loading station with lubrication for the bung holes,  mechanical (no hydraulic) driven presses for punching and closing and 2 automatic feeding systems for the 2″ and 3/4″ bungs. The feeding systems are designed with buffer system that can hold up to 300 bungs and an electric actuated pick & place unit for placing the bungs. At the exit a de-orientator can be installed when automatic stacking the tops afterwards.

All stations can be controlled by the operator on the touch panel being able to set up different types of configurations
