Top Printing

The silk screen top printing is possible on both Tight head as Open Head drums.

The basic machines includes an orientation station, a rectangular longitudinal printing unit and a circular printing unit. If request the machine can be extended with a rectangular perpendicular printing unit. The drums are loaded on to a chain conveyer and transported from station to station. In each station the screen frame is lowered on the drum together with the squeegees. Due to the servo driven squeegees, the length of the print can be set by the operator on the control panel.

The screen frames are customer supplied and clamped on the machine by a quick acting clamp for fast and easy change-overs and maintenance. The silk screen frames are easy accessible from the front of the machine. A light curtain makes this a safe action for the operator.
